2. Network Role

SRI Affiliation operates as an intermediary connecting advertisers seeking performance-based traffic with publishers who generate that traffic. We do not guarantee specific results but work to match campaigns with relevant traffic sources.

3. Advertiser Obligations

Provide accurate offer details, creatives, and payout terms.
Pay for verified conversions in accordance with the agreed payout model and schedule.
Comply with applicable advertising laws and regulations.

4. Publisher Obligations

Drive traffic using only approved, compliant marketing methods.
Refrain from fraudulent, incentivized, or bot-generated traffic.
Accurately represent advertiser offers in all promotional material.

5. Payments

Payouts to publishers are calculated based on verified conversions tracked through our platform. SRI Affiliation reserves the right to withhold payment for traffic identified as fraudulent or non-compliant.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or damages the integrity of the network.

7. Limitation of Liability

SRI Affiliation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
